Julia is an award winning Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor specialising in Women's Health & Menopausal Fitness. Julia runs regular retreats and workshops specific to Peri-Menopausal / Menopausal Wellbeing as well as running classes and one to one sessions in the local community of Petersfield, Hampshire. Julia's fitness advice has appeared in both local and national press including The Independent, The Observer, Top Sante, Woman & Home and Tesco Magazine.

What food can't you live without?
"Roll mop herring."

What three things would you take with you to a desert island?
"A family photo, a Swiss army knife and a blanket given to me by my Nan."

What is your favourite smell and why?
"Blue Grass perfume, it reminds me of my late mum."

"Breakfast!"

Where is your dream destination?
"Brazil."

What is your most annoying habit?
"There are so many to choose from I had to ask my husband; it was a lengthy conversation, so I'll choose the top two: tuneless whistling and pillow stealing."

"A backing singer for Stevie Wonder."
