In 2016 we will…

Quit smoking!

There is so much free help available if you want to quit smoking, so please, please if you stick to one resolution in 2016 make it this one!

We’re all aware that smoking is bad for your health, but what about all the other benefits you could expect to see if you give up your nicotine habit:

  • Your skin will look younger.
  • Your breath will smell better.
  • You’ll save money!
  • You’ll have more energy.
  • You won’t be teaching your children that it’s OK to smoke.
  • You’ll live longer.
  • Your sex life will improve.

Speak to your GP for advice about how to quit or why not gather your friends who are smokers together, so that you can encourage and motivate each other.

Quit making excuse and quit smoking for good.
