What Do These Fruit Have In Common?

Hmm so they’re all fruit, that much we know, but what else could these three seemingly very different fruit have in common?

Well…

  • they’re all yummy!
  • they’re all healthy!
  • and they all go well with coconut (BIG clue right there!)

Over the past couple of months we have been running our amazing #cocotarget competition, in which we asked you to send us your healthy coconut inspired recipes using Cocofina‘s fantastic range of organic coconut products in a bid to win a truly outstanding prize – a 5 Day Executive Fitness Holiday courtesy of Target Human Performance.

From curry’s, stir fry’s and soups, to cakes, energy balls and desserts we have been blown away by the high standard of entries that have been sent to us. It made our job incredibly difficult to narrow the entries down to three finalists, particularly as we know how much effort you all went to.

So, we want to say a HUGE

THANK YOU

to everyone that entered.

But, there can only be three finalists and if you haven’t heard from us by now, then unfortunately you haven’t made it through to our final ‘Make and Taste’ round.

Over the next fortnight we will be putting the three final recipes to the ultimate test, before deciding which one will triumph and win that amazing prize. Keep an eye on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts for pics, vids and posts showing how we got on when we tried to recreate the recipes and what happens when we taste them for the first time!

But, back to the question of what do the three fruit have in common?

Well, each final recipe features one of the fruit in the picture – it’s our little teaser of what delights are in store for you over the next couple of weeks!

And we’d love for you to get involved by liking, commenting and sharing our social posts as we showcase each recipe, because more than anything we seriously need some help deciding who should win!
