My Teenage Diary Series – 5th May 1995

Dear Teenage Diary,

Today was really great. I know I said I wasn’t going to go out until after my exams, but I decided to in the end. I got on really well with Denise. We’ve decided it’s better to stop all the fighting. We met these boys in the pub, well we were just like looking at them and one of them came out and sat down by us and started talking and introducing himself – he was totally cute. Then all his mates came out. Him and one other were really interested in us, you could tell. Their names were Matt and Anthony. Matt was pissed and because they were cadets they had to go across the other side of camp so had to go in at about 10.30pm. But they said they’d meet up with us Saturday night.

I guess I kind of liked Anthony at first, because he had this really cute face, Denise liked him as well, and as soon as she told me I knew she’d be the one who got him. I liked Matt as well though. Maybe he just intimidated me because he was so loud when he was drunk. It was so fluky that we met them though. I just hope we find them tomorrow night because Matt is kind of sweet.

*All names have been changed from those in my monthly teenage diary to protect the not so innocent.

Remember to come back tomorrow for the next installment of my 1995 teenage diary.
