Non-Surgical Aesthetics Treatments To Look Less Tired

Do you feel like you look tired no matter how much sleep you get?

We all know that ‘tired look’ – heavy lids, haggard skin, and hollows beneath our eyes and cheekbones. Aesthetic treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections and subtle fillers, can remedy these problems.

After all, you often feel better when you look better – and you don’t need to go under the knife. While most cosmetic procedures can make you look more youthful and relaxed, I recommend a few specific aesthetics treatments when someone feels tired. The best options for a tired look often include Botox, Profhilo skin booster injections, and tear trough filler.

We’re Getting Less Sleep Than Ever

Working from home, taking care of kids, and keeping up with housework, all while trying to eat well and have some ‘me’ time and maybe even a social life. So, it’s no wonder many of us struggle to get enough sleep!

According to a 2020 YouGov poll, more than three-quarters of Brits get fewer than 8 hours of sleep each night. Without enough sleep, you start to look a bit ragged, with hollows around your eyes, dehydrated skin, and increased wrinkles.

Does this sound familiar? If you aren’t getting enough rest, your sleep hygiene should be your first ‘fix.’ However, no matter how well-rested, some people always look tired and worn out.

At my London aesthetic clinic, I see many patients who want to look younger, fresher, and more alert. With these popular non-surgical cosmetic procedures, I can help them do just that. These procedures are non-surgical and minimally invasive – I use an artistic eye to create subtle changes that look natural and effortless. My patients love that there is little to no downtime so that they can head straight back to their daily routine.

Popular Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures To Help You Look Well-Rested

Check out these aesthetic procedures that will have you looking your best in no time at all. After all, you may not be able to get 8 hours… but you can look like you did.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

As we age, fine lines and wrinkles start to form. Over time, these features can make our face look aged and tired. However, treating areas such as the frown, forehead and around the eyes can make us look more youthful.

A good aesthetics doctor will examine your facial structure and decide where to inject the anti-wrinkle treatment. Commonly known as Botox, it works by relaxing the muscles between, so that fine lines and wrinkles soften. As an added bonus, your skin will appear smoother and less wrinkled.

Botox can also be used to give a brow lift. I can apply a lift to the outer edges of each brow, which gives that sleek and sexy ‘fox eye’ look that is so popular with people like the Kardashians and the Hadids.

Profhilo Skin Booster Injections

Profhilo is a newer treatment that my patients request by name. It makes them look rested, hydrated, and glowing, so it’s no surprise it’s growing in popularity. This injectable treatment is made from hyaluronic acid (HA), which is naturally occurring in human joints and connective tissue.

HA is used in many topical serums and creams because it increases the skin’s elasticity and ‘bounce.’ However, it is even more effective when injected directly into the skin. I inject Profhilo via very fine needles into specific points around the face, and the HA starts to work through your tissue.

It stimulates collagen production for different types of collagen in your skin, providing instant results. Profhilo continues stimulating collagen for up to a year, giving you firm and dewy skin and helping you look less tired.

Tear Trough Filler

Tear trough filler is another excellent way to look like you’ve had a good sleep. When we’re tired, we lose volume under our eyes or see heavy, sagging bags. That’s when fillers can really make a difference.

For my patients with deep tear troughs, I inject dermal filler made from hyaluronic acid gel, the same active ingredient in Profhilo. HA boosts collagen production and gives you a smooth and full under-eye area so that you look rested and rejuvenated.

The results from tear trough fillers are really remarkable. People look great immediately, but the results get even better over the next weeks and months. Over time, patients notice that their previously exhausted undereye area is more hydrated and looks softer and more refreshed.

Are You Tired Of Looking Tired?

If you’re tired of looking tired, you’re not alone. My patients want to look well-rested, and these treatments can help. Aesthetic treatments like the ones above are non-invasive, affordable, and safe.
