Resolutions for 2016 #8

In 2016 we will…

Try something new.

Don’t worry, we’re not ordering you to go out and do a skydive, I mean if you want to do it by all means be our guest, but what we are saying is have a go at doing something that takes you out of your comfort zone?

It could be something as simple as trying a new food, wearing different clothes, learning a new language or taking up a new hobby. Trying something new is a way of enriching our life experiences, giving us the opportunity to meet new people and to stimulate ourselves both mentally and physically.  All of these factors are hugely beneficial to our health and wellbeing, which will result in us leading happier, more fulfilling and potentially longer lives.
