Struggling With Sleep? Try PEMF Therapy

A healthy adult should have 7-8 hours of deep sleep. How many adults get a sound sleep? They may remain in bed for hours but struggle to sleep.

Did you know? Nearly 1 in 5 adults i.e., 25 million people in America experience sleep apnea linked to heart disease, hypertension, stroke, and cognitive impairment. More than 50 million Americans suffer from nearly 80 various sleep disorders. Another 20-30 million people undergo intermittent sleep issues every year.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) states, ‘Inadequate sleep or sleep disability (insomnia) is a public health epidemic.’ Nearly 70% of adults reported that they experience inadequate sleep minimum of one night per month. Hence, they remain asleep during the daytime.

What Are The Available Natural Remedies To Treat Sleep Issues?

Consumption of sleeping pills cannot be the only way out due to severe side effects. Hence, people are looking for safer and effective treatment.

The available natural remedies include:

  • Avoid stress
  • Avoid caffeine intake
  • Practice yoga before going to sleep
  • Sleep before 11 pm
  • Have a bath before you sleep

This article explains how PEMF therapy can fix your sleep issues safely and effectively.

What Are The Risks Of Lack Of Sleep?

Due to inadequate sleep, you will suffer from the following list of issues:

  • Increase in depression by five times
  • Higher risk of adverse health issues such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and cardiovascular diseases. Nearly 90 percent of people experience sleep issues with another health ailment.
  • Quick aging of the skin due to the reduction in growth hormone level
  • More prone to accidents
  • Reduced cellular regeneration speed
  • Reduced sex drive (libido)
  • Impaired judgments
  • Memory loss
  • Decrease in cognitive functions
  • Weight gain
  • High risk of the death rate due to less than 5 hours of sleep

What should you do if you don’t want to experience the above risks? Here is the safe and effective solution – PEMF therapy!

What Is The Sleep Cycle?

Before understanding how PEMF helps in regulating your sleep, let’s quickly understand the rhythms of brain frequency and how it makes you feel asleep.

Brainwaves are natural electromagnetic fields produced by neuron activities. Usually, these brainwaves are determined in hertz (Hz) where we can measure the frequency band within the brain.

There are four types of frequencies:

  • Alpha frequency: It occurs when you wake up from sleep or before drifting off into sleep, which lies between 8Hz-14Hz.
  • Beta frequency: It occurs when you remain completely awake and alert, which lies between 14Hz-30Hz.

Sleep cycle

  • Theta frequency: It is an early stage or light sleep period before falling completely asleep. It ranges between 4Hz-8Hz.
  • Delta frequency: It is the deep sleep period without any rapid eye movement, which ranges between 0.5Hz-4Hz.

A healthy brain should undergo the above frequencies properly. Factors such as stress, lifestyle issues, mobile phones, etc. affect these frequencies leading to a sleep disorder.

How Does PEMF Therapy Help To Manage Your Sleeping Issues?

The low-frequency PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields) therapy targets the brain frequency that affects sleep wave pattern (delta frequency). This process is called neuro-entrainment.

With the help of PEMF therapy, it is possible to persuade your brain to follow the desired sleep rhythm of delta frequency (0.5Hz-4Hz).

A constant supply of delta frequency with the help of a PEMF device during the nighttime works well to train your brain to fall deeply asleep by regulating the frequency imbalances.

A 2001 research study on insomnia patients reported that the PEMF therapy could experience a significant improvement in their sleep patterns. Moreover, PEMF worked great on various sleep disorders including insomnia, according to another 2013 research work.

How To Undergo The PEMF Therapy Using A PEMF Device?

If you are struggling with sleep issues, give Sentient Element a try to get rid of sleep issues quickly and naturally.

Once you buy the PEMF machine, use its small pad under the pillow.

Just select the frequency according to your health issues. For insomnia, you can choose the frequency range (0.5Hz-4Hz) and play the frequency via smartphone or laptop.

Lie down on your bed and start the PEMF therapy at your own convenience. You can use it throughout the night or for a few hours.

There will be a great improvement in your sleep within a few weeks of daily use.

However, the physicians recommend not to use PEMF devices in case you are pregnant or have an electrical medical implant.

What Makes PEMF Therapy Different?

The major factor that makes PEMF therapy stand out is you don’t have to visit the clinic to undergo PEMF therapy. You can purchase a PEMF device and use it at your own convenience.

Other benefits include:

  • Portable and user-friendly
  • Quick recovery without any adverse side effects
  • FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved
  • Safer by generating very low EMF (0.5Hz-15Hz) compared to the mobile phones

PEMF therapy naturally promotes other health benefits such as:

  • Promote bone healing
  • Reduce chronic pain and inflammation
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
  • Improve energy level
  • Increase circulation
  • Increase blood oxygenation
  • Improve muscle function
  • Enhance nutritional absorption
  • Promote nerve regeneration and many more.

Summing Up

Are you experiencing difficulty getting a deep sleep? Fix the issue naturally with the PEMF device without opting for sleeping pills. Let PEMF therapy re-tune your brain and balance your sleep cycle quickly!
