AMY MURPHY WATTS
What food can't you live without?
"Dark chocolate! One occasional piece is a treat to myself!"
What three things would you take with you to a desert island?
"My Balance Face Oil, as it would help with sore skin, chapped lips and other skin ailments! Duncton Wood trilogy by William Horwood, my favourite teenage read.
And a photo album of my lovely family. Not practical I know, but it shows I’m a sentimentalist!"
What is your favourite smell and why?
"This varies – at the moment I would say rosemary. I find it uplifting and clearing, and love the fact it is helping me to remain focused and helping my memory to improve!"
Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?
"Dinner, I like the social aspect of it."
Where is your dream destination?
"Somewhere quiet, surrounded by green and water with a real connection to the wildlife and nature. Maybe that desert island you mentioned!"
What is your most annoying habit?
"Not being able to sit down, always having to be busy!"
What's your mantra?
"Feel the fear but do it anyway."
What do you want to be when you grow up?
"A healer"
