Armed with a few of the beauty secrets that the rich and famous swear by you should have no problem emulating your favourite celeb. Here are some tips to get you started:


The first thing that most celebrities do to maintain their health is follow a strict diet. Some celebs opt for the more extreme food plans, for example Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, who favour a macrobiotic diet, but most tend to stick to tried and tested plans that is easily accessible for the average person. Carrie Underwood for example, is a vegetarian, whilst Cameron Diaz has apparently adopted the lunch box diet, which entails eating the ratio of fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy snacks that a child would eat in their school lunchbox. There are also a few celebrities who sign up to very ‘normal’ diet plans, such as Weight Watchers and Slimming World with great success, just take a look at Jennifer Hudson.
