Little bit of a leg loosener this morning 🏃‍♀️🐕

Did 12 tough hilly miles on the South Downs Way on Sunday and my legs are still on 🔥

Would usually go for a midweek#run on a Wednesday morning but me and the hound have a groom booked in tomorrow (not at the same place, you cheeky buggers!) so I figured we'd head out today instead.

As much as it was lovely #neverregretarun it has reminded me just how important those rest days are. Reckon I could've done with one more 😮‍💨

Anyways it got me out, it got me loosened, and I'm sat here feeling all smug about life now it's done 😊

Hope you all have a great day my lovelies xx
What do you do when you're waiting for your son/br What do you do when you're waiting for your son/brother to finish at the #gym ?

Eat biscuits and sing the loudest karaoke ever to some absolute bangers 👌

Might have disgraced myself. Don't care 🤣

Got to grab whatever moments of joy I can with this one, cos usually I'm deemed not cool enough. But when it comes to sharing her music with me, she's there!

I might get the words wrong, sing out of tune occasionally, and bust out some pretty awful mum moves, but if you'd have seen us both rocking it out to Bohemian Rhapsody in the gym car park, you'd have definitely had a little chuckle 🥰🤩

A morning well spent brings the greatest content 😊

Ripped up more of the bathroom floor.

Smashed up a wall full of bathroom tiles.

Hoovered.

Read.

Did the crossword.

Raked a tonne of leaves.

Weeded.

Pulled up mountains of moss.

Now sat down enjoying a cuppa in this awesome mug my fab friend bought me as a housewarming gift before I get to see more awesome friends tonight for girls games night.

All of this equals a very #happygirl

NEW POST Ulcerative Colitis (UC) is one of the mo NEW POST

Ulcerative Colitis (UC) is one of the most commonly found types of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) of unknown cause. Genetic, ethnic, altered gut bacteria, and autoimmunity can contribute to its causation.

#ulcerativecolitis affects the large intestine – specifically colon and the rectum, and causes open sores and inflammatory patches in its inner layers. People with UC typically experience bloody loose stools, mucus with their diarrhoea, colic pain in their abdomen, urging to pass stools after eating, weight loss, and nutritional deficiency

In our latest post, @vithoulkas_academy explain how #homeopathy can help this condition.

New year’s resolutions, intentions, goals, whate New year’s resolutions, intentions, goals, whatever name you want to label these ridiculous set of demeaning, hateful rules and limitations, I’m calling bullshit on every single one of them.

Every year I get on my soap box about this, but I feel it needs to be said.

It needs to be repeated.

We need to be reminded.

That despite it being January, despite it being a new year, and despite being heavily ‘influenced’ by social media, #newyearresolutions aren't mandatory.

We don’t have to do them.

None of us actually have to go in for any of this crap.

So, as a complete antithesis of the ‘new year, new you’ brigade that’s bombarding our social feeds at the moment, I’m here to tell you why I think it’s all a load of bollocks and how I for one am switching off from the whole damn thing.

If you're still here and vaguely interested in what I've got to say, I've written a whole blog post on it. As you can probably tell, it proper gets my goat. Link's in my bio as usual lovelies.

In the meantime I'd love to hear what you think about resolutions and the pressure on us at this time of year.
Brutal you were bloody brutal but my god that was Brutal you were bloody brutal but my god that was all kinds of fun! I think I've found my perfect race 🤎

Mud, sand, 💩 smelling bogs, cold water, pissing rain, 5 miles... what's not to love!

@brutalseries @brutalrun is the only run I've done this year - not overly a fan of events tbh but this may have changed my mind.

As @mantlizzie said at the beginning of the #run there's only one kind of wet. And it's true, you just gotta go for it at these type of things. No fannying about, just get on in there and get shit done. Which we did.

You're the best double hard bastards I know 💪🏃‍♀️
