Kurapeak Female Vitality Supplements Review

If you’ve been following me on my perimenopause journey you’ll know I’ve been on HRT for roughly 6 months now. It’s been a bit of a rocky road trying to get the dosage right, but I’m pleased to report that it seems to be working. That being said, if there is one thing that I have learnt while on this hormonal rollercoaster of a journey, is that there is no one quick fix. HRT has helped immensely, but it hasn’t completely gotten rid of all of my symptoms.

In addition to the HRT, I have started to incorporate short, guided, daily meditations into my day to help ease any persistent anxiety and I have looked into taking additional supplements that could also help me. Kurapeak is a female vitality booster for physical and mental wellbeing aimed at helping women to get back on track and to reach their peak. Now, I don’t know about you lot, but that totally sounds like something I could do with, as it feels like a long time ago that I was at my peak! So, for the purpose of pure curiosity I’ve tested Kurapeak out for a month and I’m here to share my experience with you all now.

How I Felt Before Taking Kurapeak

I think it’s always important to make a note of how you’re feeling before starting anything new. Like I said, I’ve been on HRT (oestrogen gel and progesterone tablets) for 6 months, which means some of the female hormonal issues I’d been experiencing were already being dealt with to a degree. Prior to HRT I was suffering severe anxiety, moments of feeling panicked, I was tearful, suffering from night sweats, bouts of dizziness, and I just basically didn’t feel like my normal self. I kind of felt as if I’d lost the woman I once was, which was scary. Thankfully, the HRT has helped. A lot. But some of the stubborn symptoms are still there. Admittedly much milder, but they are lurking, and I’d actually quite like them to go now please.

Kurapeak supplements have been created to help women who, like me, may be suffering from anxiety, low energy levels, reduced libido, and the dreaded menopausal brain fog. And let’s be honest, female hormone issues aside, us women have a lot to deal with, right? These days a higher number of women work whilst juggling motherhood than they would have done years ago. And let’s not forget the life changing world pandemic we’ve all just been through. Throw in anxiety inducing news bombarded at us every minute of the day and it’s no wonder we’re struggling. Modern world pressure is taking its toll, both in a physical and a mental sense, and there is absolutely no shame in seeking help in some shape or form.

I will hands up admit that I feel overwhelmed on a daily basis. There is always a million and one things that need to be done, and yes writing lists helps, but that nagging sicky feeling that lies deep in my stomach is always there, which is why I’m keen to see if there’s something, anything, that might help to at least ease it. Kurapeak contains both natural ingredients as well as some nootropics (very much a buzz word in the wellbeing world, which I’ll get onto a bit more in a mo) to help women of all ages to relax and enjoy life once more.

So, let’s take a look in a bit more detail about what Kurapeak supplements are all about…

What’s In Kurapeak?

I think it’s incredibly important to do your research and really look at what’s in a supplement before you start taking it. It might seem like a good idea to start popping pills that promise the world, but how do you actually know if it’s going to be beneficial to you unless you at least read the ingredients list first!

So to save you a job, I’ve done the research for you – ‘cos I’m good like that 🙂 Here’s what’s contained in Kurapeak supplements and the benefits associated with each one:

  • Turmeric (200mg) – Better circulation; boosts immunity; soothes swollen joints; reduces PMS, mood swings, and irritability; improves mood and memory; improves mental clarity.
  • L-Tyrosine (200mg) – Supports thyroid function; improves metabolism; recharges neurotransmitters; encourages mental clarity; optimizes cognitive function.
  • Panax Ginseng (100mg) – Alleviates PMS symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, and irritability; balances glucose levels; improves circulation and energy levels; elevates mood; lowers stress and anxiety; improves concentration; improves skin appearance.
  • Pine Bark Extract (100mg) – Enhances female vitality; relieves inflammations and symptoms of osteoarthritis; improves libido; lessens menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and brain fog; improves skin appearance.
  • Rhodiola Rosea (100mg) – Balances hormones; increases libido; energy boosting; improves mood; calming.
  • L-Theanine (100mg) – Calming; eases restlessness; promotes sleep; lowers blood pressure.
  • Maca (75mg) – Boosts libido, mood, and energy levels; helps to alleviate PMS.
  • Saffron (30mg) – Reduces PMS symptoms such as acne, bloating, and cramps; increases libido; increases mental energy; reduces anxiety.
  • BioPerine® (10-mg) – Helps with absorption of the ingredients listed above.

L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Panax Ginseng and L-Tyrosine are all classed as nootropics. Now, I totally get that this might be a new word to you, so let me firstly explain what a nootropic is. Nootropics are products designed to enhance cognitive functions, such as memory, creativity, or motivation. In Layman’s terms they’re what you might call ‘smart drugs’. Totally legal, nothing dodgy, just a natural or synthetic substance that’s beneficial to those essential mental skills we all use on a daily basis. Supplementing your diet with these nootropics can help ease any feelings of burnout and stress, and promote a more positive and calming sense of wellbeing that in turn assists with better mental functioning.

How I Felt After 30 Days Of Kurapeak

One thing I want to make clear is that Kurapeak are by no means making any wild claims or guarantees about what their supplements will do for you. Because let’s get real here for a moment, every single one of us is different, and we each have different health needs. So, what may work for one person may not work for another, and equally the time it takes to notice any effects will also differ.

Here are the facts: Kurapeak supplements are vegan; non-GMO; gluten, soy and allergen free; natural, and manufactured to the highest standard using the best ingredients. The ingredients contained within them have been shown to improve energy levels, libido, cognitive function, along with others I have mentioned above. Let’s be clear here, a supplement alone is not going to change your life. There is literally no miracle supplement out there and those that claim they are… just trust me they’re not. What we must remember is that these are supplements, as in they ‘supplement’ – they work in addition to other lifestyle components. It is up to us to ensure we eat a healthy diet, do a decent amount of exercise, take time to look after our mental health etc. But that’s easier said than done, I know. Because when we’re already stretched beyond our limits, trying to keep up with all of this is hard. And that’s exactly where supplements like Kurapeak come in. They can help us to feel better, more energised, more ‘with it’, to then feel capable of getting on top of the other stuff. If you feel energised you’re more likely to exercise, right? If you exercise you’re more likely to feel better about yourself both physically and mentally, and that can have a profound effect on your libido, trust me.

For me, Kurapeak is another tool for me to equip my wellness box out with. I want to hit that sweet spot of knowing I’ve got everything I need to feel ‘normal’. And by normal, I mean feeling like myself. Capable of making it through the day without hitting walls of tiredness. Not being hit by tsunami waves of stomach churning anxiety. Just feeling like I’m on it, you know, like I’ve got a grip on things. And after taking them twice a day (1 in the morning, 1 at night) for 30 days I do feel it has had some effect on me. It’s subtle, don’t get me wrong, but often these things are. And actually sometimes it’s only when you stop taking things like this that you realise there was ever really a problem to begin with. All I know is, over the past month I have felt calmer, not so highly strung, raring to go, and more together. And that to me is worth its weight in gold.
