My Teenage Diary Series – January 25th 1995

Dear Teenage Diary,

Terence is such a bastard! I split up with him last week, as something inside me made me realise I didn’t fancy him much any more. However, I gave him a different reason, although it was still equally as true. I told him that now that I’ve got exams coming up I wouldn’t be able to see him as much, so I thought that it would only be fair on him and myself if we stopped seeing each other. Obviously he couldn’t understand this and got in a real stress about it. I later found out that as I walked away he threw my ring at me. Now it’s lost!

Anyway, I’m not really bothered about that. What I am bothered about is being told today that Terence is now going out with a 3rd year called Jo. Now, I wouldn’t have minded so much except he went out with her one or two days after we split up so it makes me wonder whether what we had meant anything to him. It’s also kind of degrading that he prefers a ‘3rd’ year and isn’t still hooked on me. Anyway, I’m totally pissed off. What was worse was that at youth club she was hanging around my lot saying how much she fancied him. What a little bitch.

I’ve had it with that group now. Me, Petunia and Denise were having a right old bitch about them today and tomorrow Denise is bringing in a Valentine’s card so we can both write in it and send it to Les to get our own back. We’re also thinking of ways to split Terence and Jo up. Denise might be going round his house tonight to stir things up a bit. We were trying to think of who we could get to get off with him, because he’d go with anyone and that would really piss Jo off.

A’s already stirred things up with Jo by giving a bad impression of Terence. I would say I don’t mean to be bitchy, but I do. I’m fed up of being taken for a ride. Now it’s time to get my own back and Denise and Petunia feel the same. We’re just psycho bitches from hell.

*All names have been changed from those in my monthly teenage diary to protect the not so innocent.

Remember to come back tomorrow for the next instalment of my 1995 teenage diary.
