Can you remember the last time you tried something new? The older we get it seems as though it’s harder to find new experiences, new foods to taste, new places to go, but there are positively hundreds of new things to try if you really put your mind to it.
Today we want you to find one new thing to try. It could be that you sign up to a new class, you could learn a new skill, you could try a new form of exercise, or visit a new restaurant or even something as seemingly insignificant as trying out a new walk to work.
Yes, it might be a little bit scary trying something completely new, completely out of your comfort zone, but just keep in mind how amazing you’ll feel having achieved something completely different. You may find a new passion for dancing, or you may discover a beautiful park that is literally around the corner from you but you never knew was there, or you may even meet the love of your life when you least expect it.
You won’t know unless you try and I know it’s a cliché, but you only live once, so grab it by the horns and make it a good ‘un!
